This is my submission for one of the Canadian Cocktail Competition, and the name of my creation is
The Ladies Night.
The idea was to make a drink and combine common ingredients such as peach, raspberry with a Bourbon.

Makes 1 cocktail
½ oz Southern Comfort Original
1 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
½ oz Raspberry Pure
¾ oz Egg white
½ oz Lemon and lime fresh juice
2 dashes of Dillon’s Peach Bitters
GARNISH
Raspberry cover with chocolate, grated chocolate, raspberry chips.
METHOD
In a mixing glass place all ingredients, dry shake vigorously, add ice, shake one more time for at least a couple of minutes. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish.
Additional information:
Lemon and Lime fresh juice: combine 50% of lemon and 50% of fresh squeezed juices and fine strain.
Raspberry Pure: combine 2 cups of fresh washed raspberries, ¼ cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, turn on the stove to low-medium or medium heat, cook for 10 min, stirring frequently. Fine mash strain labelled and keep in the fridge.
